While there are millions of ways AI is used to support the way we sell and do business in the field, in this blog I want to focus on the few methods that have proven to help us sell more, be efficient in the field, and deliver great service to customers in the field.

1. Personalization

One key way that AI can improve field sales performance is through personalization. With access to large amounts of data, AI algorithms can help sales reps to tailor their sales pitches and product recommendations to individual customers more accurately and in a much more speedy manner. This can lead to increased customer engagement and higher conversion rates.
